Douglas R. MacQuarrie, P. Geo. Position: President & Chief Executive Officer Mr. MacQuarrie is a consulting geologist/geophysicist specializing in gold exploration. He received a combined Honours degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of British Columbia in 1975 and has worked continuously in mineral exploration -- the last 16 years exploring for new gold deposits in West Africa. He also has extensive public company experience and has been involved in the discovery of over one million ounces of gold. He was also a runner up in the Gold Corp. Red Lake Exploration Challenge.
